I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I have worked in assessment development/validation, learning, career development, organizational change and development, talent/performance management, engagement and leadership for almost 20 years in varying leadership roles and industries, including Fortune 500 companies. I have a natural curiosity and passion for human behavior, culture and community building that is what is driving this next stage of my career.
I have been married to my wife, Valerie, for over 18 years, and I enjoy ice hockey (Anaheim Ducks sufferer!), Australian Rules Football (Go Eagles!), and nerding out over TV, movies and technology. We have always loved travel, having visited almost 30 countries to this point, either collectively or separately. We will never tire of getting out into the world, immersing ourselves in and learning from other cultures while admiring the natural and man-wade wonders of our planet. More fuel for The Long Commute!
Hope to see you somewhere in the world, joining me on The Long Commute!
